This Splitter Cable is required when you want to attach a DMD or SilverFox Remote to a T665 via the Wired harness. This splits the 12v Wiring harness to provide a plug n' play solution for DMD compatible Remotes (M12 plugs).
When powering the T665 using the waterproof USB cable, the Remote 2 can also be powered using the splitter cable. However, a wired connection between the two devices is not possible, so the remote can only connect via Bluetooth.
