Refund policy
RETURNS PROCEDURE
We offer a 30-day Return and Refund policy. If you wish to return an item, the Returns Process must be followed.
To start the Return Process, either contact us at: support@adv-tim.com or alternatively you can request a Return directly though your personal Account page, by selecting the specific Order and using the button at the top of the page.
Refunds will be issued once the item(s) have been received at ADV-TIM LLC, on the understanding they have been returned in a re-sellable condition, and should be returned in their original product packaging.
Please note that orders which are either refused or not collected will incur return shipment charges, these costs will be recovered from the final refund amount. Full refunds will not be issued on items that are damaged or lost in shipping in the case of refusal or non-collection.
As long as your return request meets the above criteria, we will approve the return. Return of unwanted parts or parts ordered by mistake (wrong part) is at the cost of the customer, and they should be returned using a tracked postal service, and packed in a similar way to which they were shipped out. Faulty items will qualify for a returns label which we will email you once we have approved the return.
If the condition of the item is not in a state that could be re-sold, a restocking fee may be charged. This fee can range from 15% - 50% depending on the condition of the item, and reason for return. This is solely at the discretion of ADV-TIM LLC staff.
Some circumstances may arise where a qualified warranty claim cannot be provide a valid return label; in these instances, it is still the responsibility of the customer to return the item to ADV-TIM LLC, even at the customer's expense. Shipping labels are a curtesy, not a guarantee.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and as long as our criteria have been met, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. (excluding outward shipping costs)
Please note, we understand that some Banks/Credit Card companies can have a further delay before refund payments are credited to your account. Should more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@adv-tim.com so that we might be able to assist you further.
DAMAGED GOODS OR OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at: support@adv-tim.com if part of your order is defective, damaged, or if you have receive a wrong item - so that we can quickly evaluate the issue and remediate it.
EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange an item for a different specification or product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to request a return/refund on the current item (using the procedure above), and once that has been approved, simply go ahead and make a separate purchase for the alternative which will be dispatched while your original return and refund is being processed.
