Q: What products does ADV-TIM offer?

ADV-TIM offers a range of rugged navigation Android tablets for motorcycles. Our top-selling product is the DMD-T865 Nav Tablet, which includes a motorcycle holder with charging, unlocked DMD2 app, and a lifetime license for all feature use. We also offer accessories such as the DMD-T865 Anti-Glare Screen Protector for added protection and reduced screen glare and reflections.

DriveModeDashboard - DMD

Q: What is DriveModeDashboard?

DMD is a brand for navigation, specialising in motorcycle products.
They develop our own software, the DMD2 app, their own navigation devices powered by Android, handlebar remote controller to control our app without letting go of the handlebar, an OBD2 dongle to connect to your ECU for sensor data and a series of brackets to help you mount everything.

Q: What is the DMD2 App?

DMD2 is an Android app that can be run as a regular app or as your default home launcher.

It is aimed to transform any Android device into a dashboard for motorcycles, although it should work just as good in any other vehicle. Our special focus is Adventure and Off-Road.

The whole purpose of it is simplicity, minimize user interaction, number of clicks, swipes, simple dialogs and big buttons, only the required functions and options for riding. Because when you are on a motorcycle, riding, with your gloves on, having to play around with a touchscreen or having to go through lots of menus, with interfaces that were not done specifically for motorcycle use, it can become a nightmare.

DMD2 is built from the ground up to perfectly integrate handlebar controllers, enabling you to control most features from your handlebar!

DMD2 is divided by different sections, all of them accessible through a bottom menu. Some of this sections are totally free, others are paid plugins. You can check out all the different section bellow.

Q: How do I access DriveModeDashboard?

To access DriveModeDashboard, comes pre-installed on the DMD-T865 Nav Tablet and DMD-T665 Nav Phone. Once launched, you can either set it as a default home-app, or as a regular Android app.

Q: What features are included in DriveModeDashboard?

DriveModeDashboard includes features such as:

  • GPS navigation with real-time updates
  • Music controls for easy playback while riding
  • Customizable widgets for quick access to important information
  • Digital Roadbook with built-in Ico like distance tracking

Yes, DriveModeDashboard is designed to withstand various weather conditions. The DMD-T865 Nav Tablet and DMD-T665 Nav Phone are built to be rugged and weather-resistant, allowing you to use DriveModeDashboard in rain or shine.

 

 

 

 

 

Refund and Return Policy

Q: What is ADV-TIM's refund policy?

We offer a 30-day Return and Refund policy. If you wish to return an item, please follow the Returns Process.

Q: How do I start the return process?

To start the return process, you can either contact us at support@adv-tim.com or request a return directly through your personal Account page by selecting the specific order and using the button at the top of the page.

Q: What are the criteria for a refund?

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original product packaging.

Q: What happens if I refuse or do not collect my order?

Orders that are refused or not collected will incur return shipment charges, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. Full refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged or lost in shipping in the case of refusal or non-collection.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding outward shipping costs). Please note that some banks/credit card companies may have a further delay before refund payments are credited to your account.

Q: What if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If part of your order is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@adv-tim.com. We will quickly evaluate the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different specification or product?

If you wish to exchange an item for a different specification or product, the fastest way is to request a return/refund on the current item and make a separate purchase for the alternative. The alternative item will be dispatched while your original return and refund are being processed.

Q: How do I return unwanted parts?

Return of unwanted parts is at the cost of the customer. They should be returned using a tracked service and packed in a similar way to which they were shipped out.
