Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Shipping currier is customer selected, and shipping times are only estimates.

In most situations ADV-TIM cannot help with additional information on tracking or shipment whereabouts, outside of the same tracking information that was provided to you with your order.

Special Needs

If you have special needs, like delivery to a USPS or UPS facility for pickup, or to a Hotel or different address; please reach out directly before ordering. We understand Adventure Riding, and the situations this often puts us in for receiving goods. We've personally dealt with these scenarios ourselves, and assisted other Adventurers in getting their items in special circumstances. We can't make everything work, but we know the system enough to help weave through the mess.
